 As a Privately Funded Casino Proposition Player (funded proposition player), Fortune Players Group Inc. participates as a player and banker in accordance to pre-prescribed company policies and procedures by ensuring the protection of the Company's funds, and ensuring the game is being played and dealt in a fair and just manner.  We strive to provide professional customer service and attention to table game activities including accuracy of pay-outs, promoting customer courtesy to patrons and casino staff.

Must be knowledgeable and able to proficiently play at least 2 of the following games:

Pai-Gow Tiles
Double Hand Poker
Ultimate Texas Hold'em
California Black Jack (Pure 21.5 Blackjack, Buster Blackjack Bonus Bet)
Three Card Poker
Baccarat (21st Century, EZ Baccarat)

Essential Responsibilities:

Employees represent Fortune Players Group, Inc. as third party proposition player in California card rooms.
Ensure game is being played and dealt in a fair and just manner including proper and accurate pay-outs.
Provides and promotes courteous and professional service.
Maintains an acceptable pace of gaming activities.
Focuses on accuracy and attention to game table activities
Handles conflicts in professional manner and in accordance to procedures.
Knowledge of Fortune Players Group, Inc. policies/procedures and casino house rules.
Employees represent Fortune Players Group, Inc. with proper conduct, appearance and attitude at all times.
As directed, provides coverage for other Privately Funded Casino Proposition Players on break or for absences.
May be directed to perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

Must possess strong numerical ability.
Must have excellent customer relation and communication skills.
Able to work a flexible work schedule. New hires are required to work graveyard shift, holidays and weekends.
Ability to maintain professional conduct and behavior.
Able to consistently make pre-prescribed decisions.
Must successfully complete test on mathematical aptitude and basic gaming knowledge.
Must have successfully completed audition(s) for the required Level 1 games. 

Physical Skill Requirements:

Requires the ability to talk, see and hear.
Requires ability to handle card/tiles with hands and fingers and to reach and push.
Able to sit, bend, twist and stand as well as move throughout the casino floor.
Requires close and distance, as well as color vision and ability to adjust focus.
Requires lifting and/or moving of object (chip racks) up to 15 lbs.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Starting Pay at $18/hour
